It is truly a struggle. I feel that there has to be time carved out for just you and the kiddos. Even if its bath time, reading a book or sitting down for supper asking how their day is. You have to push all stress, anxiety and frustration aside for that short moment to make it about them. They remember those little times between you and them more than anything else.
