    Time boundaries and balance. Time for work and time for play.

    Are you a morning person? Then set your day up to do heavy mental stuff in the morning. Mind wandering after lunch every day? Then don’t set time aside then for heavy lifting things. Attune your schedule to your mental stages as much as you can. When it is work time, it is work time. Give every block of work time a job, have a plan for your day, and it will be easier to actually walk away when you are done rather than feeling pulled back in.
