A financial challenges I faced was simply not making the profit I’d thought I’d make starting out. When I first opened, I would do pre sales to order the exact amount needed, and I’d order a few extras in a few sizes. Now that I’ve built a steadier set of customers, most who are loyal, I order 10 or so of the sizes I know I’ll need, I order 5-7. of my less popular sizes.
I’d suggest buying 10 bottles of the things you know you’ll need a lot of, such as cleanser to put in your mop water, versus buying 6-8 containers of clorox wipes.
