Jasmine Washington, aka Jay The Cheesecake Queen, turned grief into joy by honoring her late brother’s memory through creative, flavor-packed cheesecakes. We are a proud woman-owned and Black-owned mobile cheesecake dessert shop serving Sacramento and the surrounding areas. Our journey began over 10 years ago as a simple passion for crafting cheesecakes, but in 2022, everything changed. When I lost my younger brother, I found comfort and purpose in bringing his vision to life—expanding our cheesecakes with unique and unforgettable flavors. One of our most cherished creations is the Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cup, a tribute to his favorite childhood treat, the Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bar. With every bite, we keep his memory alive.

Today, we specialize in three beloved flavors—Strawberry Crunch, Oreo, and Key Lime. Each cheesecake is made with real Philadelphia cream cheese, free of preservatives and artificial sweeteners, ensuring every spoonful is as rich in flavor as it is in nostalgia. From small gatherings to large events, we take pride in creating treats that bring happiness with every bite.
