Business Description
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation clinic that provides medical and functional care to individuals with disabilities and special needs. We provide housecalls and office visits to individuals with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and brain injuries. We specialize in spasticity management including intrathecal baclofen pump management. We are a small business owner and operated by Susan Klotz FNP.
