My small business journey began with a simple but powerful observation: many women, small boutiques, creators, and community sellers in emerging markets have products to sell, but they do not have the digital tools, confidence, or trust infrastructure to sell online successfully. In countries where social media is widely used for fashion discovery, many sales still happen through informal messages, “DM for price,” cash-on-delivery, and personal trust. I saw an opportunity to turn that fragmented behavior into a real commerce platform.

The platform focuses on markets with low digital commerce literacy, low trust in online shopping, and heavy reliance on cash-on-delivery. Klozett uses guided seller onboarding, AI-assisted product listings, shoppable posts, and trust-building tools to help sellers turn clothing, second-hand fashion, and boutique inventory into income.
