I’m a published writer, oral storyteller, and lifelong spiritual practitioner. who has spent decades listening for what’s true beneath the noise. I help people change from the inside out—not by forcing positivity, but by clearing what blocks their inner authority, restoring their energy, and guiding them into a lived practice that can hold real life.

My Background –

• I’m a retired RN. My early work taught me discipline, critical thinking, and deep respect for the body’s truth. I’ve lived and worked in communities where care is not an idea—it’s survival, kinship, and responsibility.
• Story as medicine: As I worked with people, I learned storytelling isn’t only performance. It can heal, educate, and create community.
• A life-long practice: My spiritual life began young with direct inner knowing. I was a practicing Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, and Sufi.
• Even after finding my spiritual home in Vajrayana Buddhism, I’ve continued to expand my energetic skills. I have studied ancestral healing, astrology, and am a Reiki Master.

Many of my clients are capable, responsible, high-performing humans: executives, business owners, professionals, caregivers—people who can handle a lot… until the “handling” becomes the problem. On the surface they may want clarity, confidence, or calm.
