Founder's Story

My journey toward building Vettoria began with my own professional transition. After serving as Chief Operating Officer within a financial group, I moved into fractional leadership, working as a fractional COO for startups. This experience allowed me to understand the model from both perspectives: as an executive responsible for complex organizations and as a fractional leader helping entrepreneurial companies grow and navigate change. I repeatedly encountered the same challenge: growing businesses needed experienced leadership to manage transformation, expansion, and operational complexity, but traditional executive recruitment was not always the right solution. At the same time, accomplished leaders were looking for more flexible and meaningful ways to apply their expertise and contribute to different organizations.

This gap inspired Vettoria, a platform that connects companies with vetted fractional C-level leaders who can step into the business, in moments that matter.

Business Description

Vettoria is a fractional C-level leadership platform connecting startups, scale-ups, established companies, and organizations in transition with experienced executives who can provide strategic leadership on a flexible basis. Through Vettoria, companies can access fractional CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, CTOs, CROs, CHROs, and other senior leaders selected according to their business challenges, industry, growth stage, and organizational needs.

Our fractional executives work as embedded members of the leadership team, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. They support companies through critical moments such as rapid growth, business transformation, international expansion, fundraising, operational scaling, digitalization, leadership transitions, and mergers and acquisitions.
