Founder's Story
I never planned to start a company. I planned to be a good tenant.
But the roots go back further. My parents raised me to stand up for myself, and for what is right. We were never “crab in a bucket” people.. helping others was just what you did.
That showed up early for me. In Girl Scouts, we served dinner at a local shelter. I looked up and saw a girl who used to attend my elementary school. Before I could say anything, she caught my eye and walked away. She looked embarrassed. I never saw her again. I honestly still try to find her socials to this day.
I was young, but I understood something I’ve carried ever since: the distance between stability and crisis is smaller than most people think, and no one should feel ashamed fighting to keep a roof over their head.
Vesta Advocacy exists because of that moment, and every moment like it.
