Value Your Vibes is dedicated to enhancing emotional intelligence within the Black community by providing culturally relevant tools that foster self-awareness and emotional expression. Our mission is to empower individuals to recognize and value their emotions, as emotional well-being directly impacts mental health, work or school performance, relationships, and overall quality of life.

Growing up, I often heard phrases like ‘You’ll be fine’ or ‘Get over it’ when I tried to express my feelings. For many of us, responding with ‘I’m fine’ or ‘I’m good’ becomes automatic, even when it’s not true. Recognizing and talking about emotions has not always been modeled or encouraged in our community. Yet, our feelings—good and bad—are all part of being human.

We offer products designed for adults and children, including our unique Daily Vibe Check Magnets, the only magnetic tools on the market featuring Black characters in English AND Spanish. Additional products include Dry Erase Door Signs, downloadable and physical Posters, downloadable Journals, and, Just Vibin’ Composition Notebooks, Stickers, and Button Pins, and our Drinkin’ & Vibin’ Coffee Mugs and Tumblers. Each item serves as a resource to help individuals communicate their feelings, deepen their self-understanding, and interact more meaningfully with others, creating a pathway to improved emotional health and community well-being.
