My business is a holistic wellness service dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to mental, emotional, and physical well-being through trauma-informed yoga, fitness, and mindfulness practices. I specialize in creating safe and inclusive spaces where people, particularly Black women, can release stored emotions, build resilience, and connect deeply with themselves. My offerings include trauma-focused yoga classes, fitness sessions, and a series of transformative retreats like Sol RESET, which combines wellness activities, personal empowerment, and community-building.

In addition to serving clients, I am committed to mentorship for other wellness instructors, fostering growth, leadership, and support within our field. Through instructor mentorship, I provide training on trauma-sensitive practices, safe space creation, and effective community-building techniques, helping them amplify their impact in the wellness industry.

My new ‘Resilience & Renewal’ program further encompasses workshops that address resilience, mental health, and trauma recovery through yoga and mindfulness. I aim to empower clients and instructors alike to cultivate inner strength, confidence, and clarity, ultimately transforming lives.
