I founded theTullygrp with a simple belief: the right person in the right position can change everything for a company.
Recruiting is more than filling an open position. Every organization is building something, and every person they bring onto their team becomes an important part of that bigger picture. Finding the right fit can be challenging, especially for growing companies that may not have the time, resources, or recruiting support to find the talent they need.
That is where theTullygrp comes in.
I often think of recruiting like putting together a puzzle. A company may have a strong foundation and a clear vision for where it wants to go, but sometimes there is a missing piece. Our job is to understand what that piece looks like and help find the person who fits, not simply on paper, but within the team, the culture, and the company's long-term goals.
At the same time, there is another side to that puzzle. Candidates are looking for their right fit, too.
