A massage therapy practice that specializes in myofascial release and deep tissue mobilization techniques to help bring relief from pain, congestion and stagnation in the muscle tissue and surrounding joints.  We help to increase range of motion and reduce inflammation/stress in the body. Doing so helps people, sleep better, focus better and make better executive function decisions.

In addition, I provide intuitive guidance readings and reiki.
