I am The Holistic Health Plug providing resources, tools and safe spaces for black women to heal the wounds of their womb by creating deeper connections with themselves, God, and each other. My mission is to create a community of black women living a life of purpose, pleasure, and peace using my 5 F’s framework.
I do this through my book, workshops, speaking, group coaching program and my upcoming membership, courses and yearly retreat.
