With 25+ years of experience in the arts founder, Anna Fitzgerald is able to relate and facilitate sustainable changes and growth with entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, & digital nomads. She is a musician, artist, hiker and holds 2 degrees in the arts.

Trained by the Flow Research Collective, she brings Flow science to the ground level, demystifying how focus and flow work in the context of innovative brains. Neurodiversity is an advantage, and during coaching sessions we work with your brain, not against it, by designing system that work, for YOU. This service can be for individuals and groups.

Business Operation Systems Coaching:
For businesses with fewer than 150 employees, The Heartbeat Hive serves to create systemic change within a business using Business Operating Systems Coaching (BOS.) My training is under Zack Swire with Top Teams .

In this work we improve communication, departmental transparency, and remain focused on Transformation, Outcomes, and People (TOP.) This approach is different from consulting so the change can be created within the business by its employees and leadership as a positively integrated team. BOS Coaching is different from consulting in the way of internal implementation, you are held accountable and kept on track for a full 2 yrs of working together.
