The Creator’s Law Firm is a mission-driven business and intellectual property law firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina. At its inception, Founder and CEO, Attorney Ticora Davis, wanted to fill a need in the marketplace by serving Black entrepreneurs, women and creatives of color with protecting their brand assets via trademark and copyright protection. Based on this experience, the company created a proprietary trademark process to serve our growing client portfolio to remove legal targets from their brand’s back.
Today we specialize in highly customized legal solutions for legacy-driven entrepreneurs by providing legal services related to trademark and copyright representation, contract drafting and negotiations, licensing, and business matters.
