With 25 years of experience in progressive management roles, Nikki excels in resolving complex organizational issues and is passionate about leading world-class organizations. Nikki's expertise and passion for this venture comes from reflecting on her childhood and remembering when she was most at peace: when running barefoot through the grass, watching animals in their habitats, and connecting with nature. The drive to create a space, or many spaces, where other's can experience this joy, led to the founding of The Country Fishing Company.

It has very little to do with fish… The name is based on the philosophy of Jesus Christ: “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men”. (Matthew 4:19) combined with the well known Chinese proverb, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.”
The Country Fishing Company, LLC, is a family investment venture aiming to create unique and sustainable cabin and tent camping sites that integrate outdoor recreation with eco-friendly living. Our vision is to offer individuals and families the opportunity to experience nature through activities like fishing, hunting, and small plot farming while promoting holistic wellness. By purchasing land and designing a community focused on sustainability, we aim to create a retreat-like space that encourages relaxation, personal growth, and connection with nature.
