Founder's Story

Business Description

We are Kiley Williams Bowls and Linda Donaldson and we are known as The BariGirls, a mother/daughter duo who both had surgical weight loss and are inspiring others to be create a sustained healthy eating lifestyle.  At 22 years old, my knees were hurting when I took the stairs and that should not be happening.  I took it upon myself to make a change and 15 years after I am maintaining that change.  My mother has Type 1 diabetes and I wanted to do everything in my power to prevent complications, thus having surgical weight loss surgery demolished some of those diabetic related complications.  Everyone knows someone that has had surgical weight and everyone knows someone that has gained the weight back. And that is where The BariGirls come into play.  We are helping those get back on track as well as those who are going to have surgery.  We cover pre, post and beyond their weight loss journey.  We are passionate about making a nationwide change to the masses becoming healthier.  We focus on cost effective (we need it in those expensive food times), time efficient and delicious food.  We have a healthy eating show in which we talk about the benefits of what you are eating and how to eat those foods.

We offer services to individuals as well as companies that want to promote healthy eating to their staff.
