Business Description

That Suits You (TSY) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals—particularly young men and boys in underserved communities—by providing them with the tools, confidence, and professional skills needed to succeed in school, work, and life. Founded on the belief that image, impact, and identity shape opportunities, TSY uses a unique blend of mentorship, training, and professional attire to prepare participants for personal growth and long-term success.

Our work is centered on education, workforce readiness, and character development. Through our TSY CHOICES Workshops, we engage students from grades 4 through 12 with age-appropriate lessons on decision-making, leadership, communication, and respect. Younger boys are introduced to the value of self-confidence, teamwork, and responsibility, while older students receive hands-on training in resume building, interview preparation, financial literacy, and college/career readiness.

A highlight of our program is the Suit-Up Experience, where participants not only receive professional attire but also coaching on presentation, first impressions, and self-respect. This experience transforms how young men view themselves, giving them the confidence to pursue opportunities that once seemed out of reach.

Beyond schools, TSY partners with colleges, community organizations, correctional facilities, and businesses to reach individuals at various stages of life. Our goal is to help every participant understand the power of making positive choices, presenting themselves with confidence, and embracing their leadership potential.

With a dedicated team, committed board members, and a growing network of community partners, TSY continues to impact lives by equipping young men with the skills, confidence, and attire to walk boldly into their future—ready to succeed, serve, and lead.
