Tenant Transparency began with a simple question: **Why is finding a safe place to live so difficult, even for responsible renters?**

After years of listening to renters share their experiences, I saw a common pattern—people were spending hundreds of dollars on application fees, navigating unclear screening processes, and signing leases without access to meaningful information about a property's condition or management. There was a lack of transparency in the rental market, leaving too many families to make one of life's biggest decisions with incomplete information.

Rather than accepting the system as it was, I decided to build a solution.

As the Founder and CEO of Tenant Transparency, I am creating a platform that empowers renters through education, verified property insights, housing resources, and greater transparency throughout the rental process.
