Founder's Story
I didn't start in a boardroom. I started on the floor.
For 14+ years I led hospitality teams through the hardest moments — packed rooms, short-staffed nights, the crises where one decision saves or loses a customer. I learned that great experience isn't luck; it's leadership and systems under pressure. I got good at both.
Now I build that for other businesses. Through Tailored Consulting Group and my H.E.A.R.T. Method™, I help hospitality, retail, and healthcare operators lead teams, manage crises before they escalate, and turn chaos into repeatable systems — then pair it with the technical side most consultants can't deliver: websites, automation, and custom AI agents that make the human systems scale.
I'm building TCG the honest way — still running a restaurant, funding the business with my own income so every investor dollar goes to growth. As a military spouse of 10+ years and a mom of two, I know how to do hard things in hard seasons. This one is mine.
