Sweet Bites Bakery is a high-end vegan bakery that produces products exclusively for those who have been diagnosed with food allergies caused by the Big 8 food allergens (Gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Milk/Dairy, Peanuts, Soybeans, and Tree Nuts). Our cakes, cookies, pies, breads, pastries, candy, and gelato do not contain the above but can rival traditional bakeries’ flavors and aesthetics. To accomplish this and ensure that our customers enjoy a pleasant and safe dining experience, we use the highest quality ingredients available, and our products are certified to instill confidence in our food. According to foodallergy.org, approximately 32 million people in the United States have food allergies. This includes those suffering from Celiac disease, gluten sensitivities, diabetes, lactose intolerance, Crohn’s disease, and other dietary issues. Many more have yet to be diagnosed and are unaware they have a problem. But when they become aware, we will be here for them with tasty and healthier choices in treats.
