Founder's Story

SurgeCare was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home, regardless of age, income, health challenges, or life circumstances.

After overcoming personal adversity, we chose to build a business focused on serving others and strengthening our community.

In 2023, we launched SurgeInSync LLC to be the backbone of our vision. That vision evolved into SurgeCare in 2026, a non-medical residential housing model serving seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals in transition.

Despite financial and regulatory challenges, we remain committed to expanding access to safe housing, supportive services, and opportunities for independence.

Our mission extends beyond business success. We aim to create local jobs, support vulnerable populations, and provide housing solutions that promote independence, stability, and hope.

SurgeCare is a Houston-based non-medical residential housing provider focused on creating safe, supportive living environments for seniors, adults with disabilities, and individuals who need stable housing solutions.

Our services are designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through housing, meal support, transportation assistance, housekeeping, laundry services, wellness reminders, and community engagement. We work to fill the gap between fully independent living and higher levels of institutional care by offering affordable housing options in a residential setting.
