Spring Bungee Fitness offers low impact, high energy workouts for individuals age 13 and up. We offer bungee assisted classes and aerial yoga. These classes offer all the benefits of exercise while reducing the amount of impact placed on the body. Classes are arranged in levels of increasing difficulty and intensity giving you the opportunity to decide what works best for you. Exciting, upbeat music sets the stage for what will be such a fun time that you forget you’re working out!
