Spirit TKD: “Everyone can soar like an eagle!” Traditional & Adaptive/Therapeutic Taekwondo, martial arts for all students ages 5-adult. Students learn martial arts, self-defense techniques, valuable life skills, and empowerment principles. We have a muscle and character building program for youth 5-7 years old, programs for students 8-adult with ADD/ADHD, Developmental / Intellectual Disabilities, Autism, Mobility Challenges, Hearing Impairment, and Sight Impairment.
