HI! I have a BBQ food trailer, BBQ sauce business and catering. It is a late in life passion that I have found and do not want to ever give it up. I smoke all meats and make sides with a twist. I started with the BBQ sauce business because I couldn’t find what I really liked and for some reason, other people felt the same way. Started with 1 flavor and now have 4. Ex-husband, Baby Momma, Bestie and the Cougar.
I smoke award winning pork butt and smoked chicken quarters. Everyone always comes back for the spare ribs and the rib tips. I have just added to the menu a chopped pork grilled cheese sandwich or can be made with rib tips (new fav).
