Welcome to Smash RX, Southern California’s first and only therapeutic smash room! If you’ve never heard of a smash room, let me explain—it’s a place where you can safely let out your frustration by breaking things like plates, bottles, or electronics. But Smash RX is so much more than just smashing things. We’re the only smash room that incorporates a therapeutic approach, giving you a healthy and productive way to release stress and emotions.

Founded in 2019 by Yashica Budde, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Smash RX was created to provide a safe space where anyone can express themselves freely, without judgment. Whether you’ve had a tough day, are feeling overwhelmed, or just need a fun and unconventional way to blow off steam, we’re here for you. Our goal is to help you feel lighter, more energized, and in control.

We also work with local businesses to show how investing in wellness can improve productivity and morale in the workplace. At Smash RX, we’re not just about breaking stuff—we’re about breaking down barriers to better mental health and creating a positive outlet for emotions.
