Since I was a child, I always enjoyed working alongside teammates. I feel that more visions can develop more ideas when it comes to finding ways
to improve stability and success. Now that it's been 25 years of being in hospitality, I feel that Ive accumulated many ways to problem solve and figure out what is best needed through different approaches. First, I love helping people, it brings joy and comfort with knowing I have made a positive change in someone's life. At this time, I would like to dedicate more time to myself growth and stability. I have an idea of where I can take Silverback and I definitely want to capitalize by using the capital i can attain.
