Founder's Story

SHI Consulting, LLC began with a simple idea: businesses shouldn’t have to choose between high-quality service and being responsible with their marketing dollars.

After six years working for a real estate company, I saw firsthand how mortgage, title and insurance companies invest in advertising relationships with real estate organizations. I saw an opportunity to provide the same high level of service and attention at a lower consulting cost.

My mother and I turned that idea into SHI Consulting, guided by our philosophy: Grow Responsibly™.

We launched in December 2024 and just a few months later began serving CrossCountry Mortgage, America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

That first relationship proved our idea could work. Now we’re focused on helping more companies grow through well-managed advertising partnerships—one relationship at a time.

SHI Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in advertising and MSA program management for companies serving the residential real estate industry. We work with mortgage, title, insurance and other organizations to help develop, manage and strengthen their advertising relationships with real estate companies and publishers. Our goal is to help clients gain greater value from these partnerships while reducing the internal time and resources required to manage them.

Our services include publisher coordination, advertising placement oversight, website and link monitoring, ongoing communication, quarterly reporting and program follow-through. We help keep the details organized and provide clients with greater visibility into their advertising programs. SHI also helps businesses identify opportunities to build and expand strategic relationships within the real estate industry.
