Royal Strategies Consulting is a Project management and creative consulting company based in Southern California but catering to businesses all over the country. Our project management services can drastically streamline your operations and grow your business. We will provide oversight, leadership and management in executing projects for individuals and small to medium businesses from planning to completion. Tasks can include managing budgets, resource allocation,  and overseeing creative, business, renovation and healthcare projects, to achieve organizational objectives using agile methods.  We also offer planning, developing and management of project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, and being the liaison and point of contact for cross-functional teams.  We will also provide timely communication with stakeholders while managing expectations of the parties involved.

   We also provide live music/event singing. We have an experienced versatile vocalist/singer and band that provides musical entertainment for weddings, parties and corporate events to elevate your special events.  Styles include: R&B, pop, soul, gospel, classical, and contemporary Christian, tailored to the needs of host/celebrant and event type. 

Additionally we create and provide digital art prints and nature photos to make your spaces: both office or home stand out.
