I founded RMT Tracking Corporation with a simple belief: organizations work better when technology is designed around the people and processes it serves. I saw businesses struggling with manual workflows, disconnected data, and outdated systems, and I knew I could create practical solutions that would make their work more efficient, accurate, and measurable.
What began as an idea grew into a certified New York State Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise providing data management, workflow automation, business-process improvement, reporting, and technology implementation services. One of our earliest solutions supported legal document production and remained in use by the New York City Law Department through annual renewals for more than 15 years. Since then, RMT Tracking has delivered solutions for government agencies, financial institutions, law firms, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community-based organizations.

RMT Tracking Corporation is a New York City-based technology and business-process consulting firm that helps organizations improve how they collect, manage, analyze, and use information. As a New York State-certified Minority- and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), we provide data migration and ETL services, workflow automation, business analysis, process improvement, systems implementation, data validation, reporting, analytics dashboards, user training, and technical documentation. Our approach begins with understanding how an organization currently operates, identifying inefficiencies and data-quality concerns, and designing practical solutions that improve accuracy, visibility, accountability, and productivity.
RMT Tracking has served government agencies, financial institutions, law firms, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community-based organizations. Our experience includes developing a legal document production tracking system used by the New York City Law Department for more than 15 years, creating compliance and workforce-planning solutions for major financial institutions, modernizing inspection and work-request processes, and migrating organizational data between business platforms. We support projects throughout the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design to data conversion, testing, deployment, reporting, training, and ongoing user support.
RMT Tracking is also the developer of RMT Student Assessment & Testing (RMTSAT), an educational technology platform that helps schools evaluate student performance and make timely, data-informed instructional decisions. RMTSAT enables schools to upload assessments and answer keys, automate grading, provide immediate results, monitor performance through teacher and administrative dashboards, identify learning gaps, and track progress over time.
