Hi, I'm Autumn,
The founder and primary provider behind Rest & Rehydrate Mobile IV Therapy.

I've spent the last 10 years working in emergency medicine as a paramedic, and I'm now a registered nurse, currently working toward becoming a nurse practitioner. My background has given me a strong foundation in patient safety, clinical decision making, and caring for people across a wide range of health needs.

Through years in emergency and acute care, I began to notice how often dehydration, nutrient deficiencies, chronic stress, and lifestyle factors played a role in how people were feeling, long before they ever became an "emergency". Over time, that perspective shifted how I thought about health. I've come to believe that preventative and supportive care can be just as powerful as treating a problem after it's already developed.
