Business Description

As a 20+ year registered nurse who is a mother, wife, friend and sister that has experienced burnout, self isolation, exhaustion and illness I have learned some very powerful lessons on how to recognize, avoid and come through the other side of burnout intact. I share these lessons with coworkers and families.

I became a nurse to give end of life care to terminally ill patients.  After 15 years I was exhausted, burnt out and had developed an autoimmune disease. I had to take a break and regroup. While taking a break I reevaluated my choices both career and life. During this time I completed a transformative life coaching certification course specifically created for Registered Nurses. This gave me the focus I was looking for to continue my nursing career and have something left at the end of the day for my family. I love what I do and I can still give back to hospice while coaching fellow hospice employees and hospice families who are in need of temporary support while they transform through their grief.
