Through tailored one-on-one or small group coaching sessions, Rebecca serves as your guide, safe space, and resource as you begin or continue on your equity and inclusion journey. This includes unmasking the ways racism and inequities show up in daily life, understanding your personal relationship to these issues, and preparing you to become an (even better) advocate and safe space.
