Business Description

Rae of Sonshine Community Outreach was established in honor of my son, who tragically murdered and passed away as an
innocent bystander January 21, 2023. The nonprofit is dedicated to creating opportunities and all-in-one support systems for the community, focusing on financial education, government assistance, community development, and personal growth.
We aim to be a beacon of hope and change for those in need, providing resources and services that empower
all individuals and families to lead more prosperous lives.

Our vision includes establishing a multi-purpose community center that serves as a hub for education, social
engagement, and economic empowerment. The community center will host a variety of programs, including
financial literacy classes, computer technology training, and volunteer-based rewards programs. The center will also
feature a community store, garden, and event space, all of which will contribute to the sustainability of the nonprofit.
The nonprofit is incorporated under Arkansas law, with bylaws and articles of incorporation that adhere to all state
and federal requirements for tax-exempt organizations.
