I am a C-5 C-6 quadriplegic bilateral amputee, and I take great pride in my business, QuadCast LLC. As a disabled veteran, I’ve dedicated myself to manufacturing a product that genuinely enhances the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

We manufacture a product that enables individuals with severe upper body limitations to fish independently, significantly enhancing their quality of life. Our product fosters social interaction and camaraderie associated with fishing, which can alleviate feelings of isolation and depression. Additionally, it provides support for individuals suffering from PTSD, contributing to improved mental well-being and reducing the risk of suicidal tendencies. By empowering these individuals to engage in this beloved activity, we are not only enhancing their lives but also promoting overall mental health and resilience.

Unlike many products in this market, which are often designed by those who do not experience these challenges firsthand, my product is created by someone who relies on it daily. This personal connection ensures that my product is not only functional but also truly meets the needs of its users. I believe this is my biggest accomplishment: creating a solution grounded in real-life experience and understanding.

I’m applying for grants so that if I am awarded one, I can manufacture my QuadCast and be able to donate them to veterans who otherwise could not afford one.
