Business Description
Across the United States, teaching has become increasingly unsustainable. Teachers face rising academic, social-emotional, and behavioral demands with limited time and professional learning that rarely connects to daily practice. These pressures fuel stress and burnout, especially for early career educators. The impact is greatest in high need schools, where job strain and turnover are higher and where students furthest from opportunity experience the most inconsistent learning conditions. Educators want to respond to students’ evolving needs, but they lack practical, real time tools that translate what is happening in their classrooms into clear instructional decisions.
The Classroom Education Plan, or CEP, was designed with educators to address this challenge. CEP is a job embedded, decision support tool that turns weekly classroom insights into meaningful action. It gathers short student surveys, literacy and math benchmark data, and teacher reflections to illuminate patterns teachers often notice but cannot consistently track, such as fear of mistakes, uneven challenge, or low belonging. CEP then custom-ranks and provides a small set of evidence-based strategies most likely to help the specific students in that classroom right now. For example, a fourth grade teacher may learn that students avoid challenging math tasks because they are afraid to be wrong. CEP suggests a routine that normalizes productive struggle and structures peer feedback. When she introduces it, she begins to see students take more risks, discuss their thinking, and show greater engagement and understanding. This insight-action-impact cycle strengthens instruction, reduces uncertainty, and reinforces the sense of efficacy linked to teacher and student success.
CEP fills a critical gap left by traditional professional learning, which is often too broad, too infrequent, or not relevant to current classroom conditions. By grounding support in the real needs of today’s students, CEP blends learning sciences, classroom data, and educator expertise into a simple weekly routine that improves practice and makes teaching more sustainable. CEP integrates easily into existing structures. Teachers review insights during planning or short weekly check ins, and tracking progress takes minutes. Leaders and coaches use dashboards to see emerging needs across classrooms and provide timely, aligned support. Co-designed extensively with teachers and school leaders, CEP reflects real classroom life and uses transparent, teacher-led AI that supports informed decisions without replacing professional judgment.
