At Purusa, we help our people who’ve experienced injury+illness, anxiety, or loss, to develop flexibility and strength, calm their anxiety, so they can cultivate confidence and feel empowered in their own skin.

Purusa Yoga is a local, asian, woman-owned studio in Missoula, MT.  We are the only Aerial Yoga studio in Missoula, our offerings combine the practice of spiritual healing and wholistic movement.
