Founder's Story
I’m Darian Strawder, founder of Pure Stay. My journey in hospitality began about nine years ago when I discovered how much I loved creating spaces that people could genuinely enjoy, feel comfortable in, and remember long after their stay ended. That experience eventually grew into Pure Stay, which I formally launched in Houston in 2022.
What started as a love for hosting has grown into a hospitality brand serving thousands of guests for vacations, celebrations, work trips, extended stays, and everything in between. I’ve learned that great hospitality is about much more than providing four walls. It’s about thoughtful design, reliability, attention to detail, and making people feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
My vision is to continue growing Pure Stay into a recognizable Houston hospitality brand while supporting the local cleaners, contractors, vendors, restaurants, and businesses that help make our guest experiences possible.
