Founder's Story

I been working in the construction industry for over 15 years and I said to myself if I have this much experience I can launch to work for myself. I have a heart to help small business contractors who work all day and have no time for back office administration tasks. I want to help those that have the money to pay someone for their back office support.

Business Description

I am a Florida Public Notary. I also offer professional services to small business contractors who need help with invoicing, email management, scheduling, permit applications. I became a public notary when I noticed that all papers, applications nowadays need to be notarized and although I cannot notarize for my own business I know I can facilitate my services to someone else.

I love doing administrative work, love to create system where there is no system or help create a different system that works for those who have a system and it’s not working out. I am also experienced in working with Architect and Engineering firms with their construction phase services, helping them manage and track all RFI’s and Submittals.
