Business Description

Olive Speech & Language Therapy is a woman-owned, minority-owned pediatric speech therapy practice in California specializing in early intervention for toddlers and preschool-aged children. Olive provides in-home and community-based speech and language therapy services using a play-based, family-centered approach that supports real-life communication development.

As a mobile, solo provider practice, Olive works directly with families in their natural environments to reduce barriers to care and make therapy practical and effective. Services emphasize caregiver coaching, early language development, and functional communication strategies that can be used during everyday routines.

In addition to individual speech therapy, Olive is developing small-group, caregiver-inclusive communication programs to increase access for families facing long insurance waitlists or financial barriers to private-pay services.
