Business Description

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I am passionate about offering individual and group therapy services for young adult women (18-35) who are struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, people pleasing, and perfectionism. My clients often have a history of childhood trauma and or are adult children of emotionally immature parents. I use compassion and humor in my approach, as well as a mix of cognitive and somatic techniques.
