Nikki’s Rasoi is a mother-daughter owned business, founded in 2023, that specializes in crafting authentic Indian chutneys and sauces. Our mission is to share the rich, vibrant flavors of traditional Indian cuisine with a wider audience, offering small-batch, handmade products made from high-quality ingredients. Each of our chutneys and sauces is inspired by family recipes, ensuring that every jar reflects the true essence of Indian cooking. We also offer a weekly menu on our website for those that are interested in trying Indian cuisine in smaller batches!

Although we’re a newly established business, we’ve been excited by the positive response we’ve received from local farmers markets and social media. Customers have been curious to explore our products, and we’ve seen growing interest in both our Cilantro Chutney and Butter Masala Simmer Sauce. Looking to the future, we’re committed to expanding our reach, aiming to offer our products in specialty stores and larger supermarkets across the country. As a South-Asian woman-owned business, we’ve faced our share of challenges, but we’ve used those obstacles to fuel our determination.
