Business Description

NC Dance District is Charlotte’s first adult hip hop dance studio offering dance classes as well as job and performance opportunities. We provide a variety of services from dance classes to industry workshops, private lessons to group lessons, rehearsal and event space, and we service beginner to professional dancers alike. The studio was founded by former NBA dancer, Ana Ogbueze to bridge the gap between professional and recreational dancers for the purpose of encouraging a sense of community and appreciation for Charlotte dancers. Our aim is to enrich people’s lives through the gift of dance to help them develop into the best version of themselves.

Classes are daily Monday through Saturday and rental space is available 7 days a week. We offer not only hip hop classes, but jazz, street jazz, contemporary, heels, and dance fitness classes. Our mission is to create countless opportunities for local dancers to train, perform, and live out their dreams!
