MRN Outlaw Logistics began with my three years of experience as an over-the-road hotshot driver. I lived through the long days, unpredictable freight market, constant broker communication, paperwork, route planning, and pressure of trying to keep a truck profitable while spending weeks away from home. That experience showed me how much independent carriers need dispatch support from someone who understands what life is actually like behind the wheel. I took what I learned on the road and turned it into a plan for a company built around transparency, dependable communication, and respect for owner-operators.
I started MRN from the ground up and invested my time, savings, and energy into creating a strong operational foundation before pursuing rapid growth. I developed our carrier agreements, onboarding process, dispatch procedures, administrative documents, website, marketing systems, and customer-acquisition strategy. Business Description
MRN Outlaw Logistics is a freight-dispatching and carrier-support company serving independent owner-operators and small trucking businesses, including hotshot carriers. We assist carriers with locating suitable freight opportunities, communicating with brokers, negotiating rates on the carrier’s behalf, planning routes, organizing load documentation, and coordinating day-to-day dispatch operations. Our goal is to reduce the administrative workload placed on drivers and help them make informed decisions about loads based on their equipment, operating costs, preferred lanes, and business goals.
MRN was founded by Raul Iglesias after three years of firsthand experience as an over-the-road hotshot driver. That experience shaped a service built around practical industry knowledge, dependable communication, transparency, and respect for the carrier’s authority over their business. Rather than treating carriers like numbers, MRN works to build long-term partnerships and provide personalized support that helps owner-operators stay organized, save time, improve their operations, and focus on driving safely while building a more stable and profitable trucking business.
