• Enhance maternal health awareness along with labor and delivery experiences through
the elevation of doula care services for formerly incarcerated and substance abuse
patients
• Build partnerships with OBGYN providers and other maternal health care providers to
expand reach while solidifying rapport with community stakeholders
• Adherence to compliance regulations for state and department of health standards to
ensure proper clinic functioning (credentialing/licensing)
• Hiring of staffing and creation of policies & procedures
• Establish operations and high practice efficiency with the acquisition of EHR/digital
health systems
• Incorporate metrics/analytical reports in tracking day to day operations and performances Abdullah care services.
