Founded by Consuela “Swae” Harris, DNP, PMHNP-BC, Mind Glamour was created to fill a gap she saw every day in the mental health system — a gap where patients were waiting months for care, where culturally diverse clients felt misunderstood, and where people experiencing depression, trauma, and emotional exhaustion lacked a safe, compassionate place to heal.

Dr. Harris witnessed firsthand how many individuals — especially women, minorities, and underserved communities — struggled to access psychiatric support that was both clinically effective and emotionally affirming. She envisioned a practice where patients felt seen, valued, and cared for with dignity. A place where healing wasn’t rushed. A place where innovation and compassion came together. With that vision, Mind Glamour PLLC was born.

Starting as a small telepsychiatry practice, Mind Glamour quickly gained trust through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
