Midnight Comics is Atlanta’s first and largest black, family owned, indie comic book and manga company. Midnight Comics officially launched in 2020, and has been growing exponentially ever since, currently having over 12 titles. The founder/writers are Lloyd S. Jones III and Natosha F. Jones. The mission of Midnight Comics is to create epic and compelling, character driven stories, that defy stereotypes and inspire readers.
Midnight Comics creates both traditional western style comics and manga style books. Midnight Comics also partners with local organizations in order to create community and provide education through comic books. Comics are an amazing way to bring awareness as well as to teach, especially literacy.
