MAB Wellness Outreach 501(c)(3) is a compassionate, faith-driven organization established by Crystal Barber, Executive Director, dedicated Registered Dietitian, certified NETA, and Chair One Fitness Exercise Instructor. Our mission is to empower the community with holistic wellness practices that nurture physical and mental well-being.

Named in loving memory of Crystal’s son Michael, who courageously faced mental health challenges, and in honor of his sister Michelle, who also endured her trauma, MAB Wellness Outreach is committed to providing support and guidance for those seeking to enhance their overall wellness journey.
