Lovelace Consulting Services, Inc. (Lovelace CSI) is a Black-woman-owned small business based in Silver Spring, Maryland, providing national and international leaders, organizations, systems, and government agencies, high-level consulting, needs assessment, facilitation, coaching, technical assistance, and training to achieve social, political, and professional transformation through a racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) lens and by supporting individuals and organizations in decolonizing their approaches.

To date, Lovelace CSI has consulted with close to thirty local, state, national, and global organizations on topics ranging from racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI), to executive coaching, to leadership and organizational development, to Board and staff meeting and retreat facilitation and development, to conflict resolution, to curriculum development, to aspiring white allyship, to becoming a pro-Black organization across such fields and spaces as domestic violence and sexual assault (i.e. Violence Free Minnesota, Valor, and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center), engaging men and boys (i.e. Global MenEngage, North American Men Engage Network, and MenEngage Europe), housing and utilities (i.e. nonprofit law firm Regional Housing Legal Services and its project, Pennsylvania Utility Law Project), the White House (i.e. convening and participating in a White House Roundtable on Engaging Men as Allies, and to do the same for Black Maternal Health with Black Women’s Blueprint), disabilities (i.e. Triangle, Inc., based in Malden, MA and surrounding cities), global transportation and gig economy (i.e. Uber), and reproductive justice (If/When/How Lawyers for Reproductive Justice).
